 {{{bp_is_user_profile()}}} doesn't seem to return {{{true}}} if the URL is
 {{{http://example.com/members/joe/}}}

 The function works as expected if I append {{{profile}}} to the URL. For
 example: {{{http://example.com/members/joe/profile/}}}
