 It's because the `bp_get_activity_content` filter is also used in
 `bp_get_activity_comment_content`, which seems like a bad implementation
 of a good idea (to share common output filters between activity and
 activity comment objects). I don't feel like tackling that mess at the
 moment, so I've attached a patch which I think might be OK for now. What
 do you think?
