 6107.09.patch] includes an awful hack of a work-around to play nicely both
 with `Twenty Ten` & `Twenty Eleven` and also with Yoast SEO activated or
 deactivated.

 This patch pretty much only exists so I can say I figured out how to make
 it work with every core theme & permutation of Yoast, and not because it's
 the ideal solution.

 In my opinion, 6107.09.patch completely sucks, and 6107.08.patch is silly,
 though somewhat less stupid.
