 6107.03.patch] will definitively fix the problem

 In this version of the patch, i keep the wp_title filter, but use a global
 if we already got the title_parts using wp_title_parts. This way, even if
 by default we will pass 2 times (because of Yoast !!) the title should be
 ok with a minimum of extra code.

 Could you test it ?
