 aka Cover Photos. This feature was discussed in dev chat before and I was
 one of those who mentioned that there was a plugin in the WP repo.
 However, since we have a great Attachments API and have tested it well, I
 suggest that we include this feature in core to make it so much easier for
 users to activate and use the feature if they want it in their sites.
