 Confirmed. This seems more like a bug/quirk in the
 `bp_is_multiblog_mode()` implementation. The above mentioned activation
 configuration causes `bp_get_admin_url()` and `bp_core_do_network_admin()`
 to return results that don't really apply to this setup.
