 This is quite an interesting and bold proposition. I'm all for improving
 accessibility everywhere (#6531 & #6532) as well as many of the points you
 mentioned above. But isn't it better to start the ball rolling and easier
 to review and test via a new Template Pack plugin like the
 [https://buddypress.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/4952 Template Pack project]
 started by karmatosed and yourself some time back?
