Comment:

 This is great, and goes a long way towards funneling common form
 attributes into one easy to use helper. Like Boone suggested, XProfile
 would benefit from this pretty hugely, so I like that we accept a `$type`
 parameter and filters to help make this more flexible later.

 I tried thinking of different function names without `_extra_` but can't
 think or find anything I like more, so this seems like a great addition to
 me. Thanks everyone!
