New description:

 Our icons are fun, but arguably do not give off a very accurate
 description of what exactly each component does.

 Currently:

 * Piñata - Activity
 * Balloons - Groups
 * Candles - Friends
 * Envelope - Messages
 * Hat - Members?
 * Cake - Blogs?

 I'd like to recommend we once again commission @empireoflight to dream up
 new, more useful icons for our components, either to be included in
 Dashicons for general use as part of #WP30902, or as SVG's in BuddyPress
 should they not be deemed appropriate for WordPress core.
