 Delete `buddypress.pot` from repository root.

 For GlotPress going forward, we will be using:
 plugins.svn.wordpress.org/buddypress/trunk/buddypress.pot

 This brings BuddyPress up to speed with what other plugins will likely be
 expected to do for WordPress.org-wide localization.

 Fixes #5621. Hat-tip netweb.
