Comment:

 Pretty sure when it was built, the URLs were filled in as placeholder, but
 obviously there's not been much interest in backfilling data for the old
 releases. BP 1.5 was the first release we wrote notes for in this way
 (they used to be abridged in the readme.txt).

 Feel free to just remove the "broken" links.
