 Ha ha, I really don't have any idea what you mean, but I tried to do
 something anyway, since DJPaul was calling the progress on this ticket
 slow, ha ha.

 So, this new version seems to work in every context and doesn't throw
 errors. Let me know what we need to do to make this a checked-off task.
