 As discussed in #6286 it would be useful to add access control to Member
 Type directories so you can restrict viewing of a directory based on
 member type or user role.

 has_directory = true,
 access_user_role = "admin,editor",
 access_bp_member_type = "student, teacher"

 Restricting access by user role: This feature would be useful if you want
 to utilise the awesomeness of the Member Directory for quick
 searching/editing members from the front end without making that directory
 public.

 Restricting access by member type: "Only teachers can view the Students
 directory". Some communities might not have a public member directory but
 still need a front end searching/listing for a certain member type.
