 Old versions of BuddyPress, sure, but they would be almost 5 years
 untouched at this point. Current versions of BuddyPress and bbPress will
 not exhibit this behavior.

 Because version 1.1 is when bbPress 1.x was included into BuddyPress.

 The file is part of bbPress 1.x, but the PHPMailer implementation would
