Comment:

 This cannot cause any problems, as BuddyPress has not executed any
 BackPress code in years. Those libraries are simply packaged for backwards
 compatibility with very old versions of bbPress.

 If anything, this could maybe be updated in BackPress, but is of a very
 low priority. If you'd like to report this there, open a new ticket at:
 backpress.trac.wordpress.org
