 * priority:  highest => normal
 * severity:  major => minor


Comment:

 As this has, as noted, never been flagged before as an issue the status
 can't really be considered Severity 'Major' or Priority 'Highest'; this
 sounds more like a particular user case. While we'll all acknowledge admin
 options are nice to have, email notifications and general site
 modifications do go some way to managing something like this.
