 Hmm in that case then I would have to agree with 'yes', we load the
 stylesheet in all theme/sub themes, this is better for the majority of
 cases, users not requiring those styles are likely to be the more
 proficient user and their option is simply to de-register the stylesheet
 or use it for their own styles.

 I'll patch for use of get_template().
