 [9694] contains the changes in [attachment:6124.03.patch].

 We're only loading stylesheets for `get_stylesheet()`. This means that if
 you have a twentyfifteen child theme, bp-legacy won't load
 `twentyfifteen.css`. This is probably OK - anyone building a child theme
 probably expects to have to do their own work, and in any case they can
 easily enqueue our stylesheet if they'd like - but it should probably be
 documented.

 I'll leave it to someone else to determine whether this ticket or some
 other one should be closed as fixed.
