 Sometimes we may need multiple fields with same options. If there are only
 a few options, we can cop-paste or re-type. But if there are lots, we may
 be helped by a field copy feature.
 e.g. Country of Birth (radio) - 190-odd options
 Country of residence  (radio) - exactly same 190-odd options
 Countries visited in last 5 years (checkboxes) - exactly same 190-odd
 options
