 hi, all my activity-read-more links are not redirected correctly.

 example http://www.chariteam-muenchen.de/aktivitaeten/p/3227/
 is redirected to http://www.chariteam-muenchen.de/pinterest/3227/

 but if I open http://www.chariteam-muenchen.de/aktivitaeten/3227/ it is
 working as it should be.

 help me please
