 No problem. It was fortunate I needed to perform these meta data queries
 for the project I'm working on.

 Are you sure this only happens when using LIKE? I think the same issue
 occurs using "=" as well. I can't check right now but will do so when I
 get into the office tomorrow morning.

 I can submit a patch based on the diff between my two files if that helps?
 I'm not sure I'll have time to fully test it against all the other query
 arguments as well though as I'm in the middle of a project which needs
 completing fairly sharpish.
