 Would it be possible to add live Ajax notifications? This feature can be
 added with a plugin (not currently compatible with 2.1.1), and is
 available in some themes.

 I feel such notifications would make for a much slicker, more familiar
 end-user experience.
 Certainly, it would be more user friendly than relying on a browser
 refresh, or acknowledging an email notification.
