Comment:

 Agree with Ray as your examples are lists of countries (we ought to
 revisit that sometime now that we have a better structure for field
 types). A "duplicate field" button in the admin feels like something that
 would be a niche feature rather than one used by the majority of BP sites,
 and might make a nice plugin. We can always reconsider in the future if
 the plugin proves very popular or we see demand for this kind of request.
