 WordPress Core over the course of three releases, documented all of their
 hooks and filters, and as more are created they're keeping up.

 I think it's a good time to do the same for BuddyPress and get all of BP
 core's hooks documented in the same style as WP core.

 This ticket is a placeholder for the moment until we get a proper list of
 files that will need to be documented as well as how to handle
 patches/tickets per file.
