 As discussed in latest dev-chat, here's a screenshot of the effects of the
 6008.02.patch (moving create links for groups component and blogs
 component into the directory nav items)

 if no objections arise in the next few hours, i will commit to remove all
 links from page titles. We will then have to find the best place to move
 them before the end of 2.2 dev cycle.
