 Would be nice to have (optional) Akismet integration with Messages
 component, something like in Activity.

 Probably should be done after #3083, as we will need to store some meta
 information about each message (for v2.3?).

 We might also need some mechanism to give admins ability to mark/unmark as
 spam - admin UI.
