 Oups, uploaded a patch before I saw this. :/ But anyways, new patch reuses
 the same css used for the .disabled class for input type="submit" for
 attr=disabled. And is a bit cleaner js-wise...

 If we start tampering with strings in the js don't we have to make sure
 they're output in the BP_DTheme js-object so that they're translatable as
 well?
