 +1. It should look just like this (both visually and in terms of code).
 It's a bit more complex there because of backward compatibility. Please
 feel free to open another ticket.

 I'm going to make a few minor cleanups and commit this one. If you or
 someone else feels like doing the necessary work to make this all work
 with AJAX, let's handle it in another ticket. Thanks very much for this
