 bp-legacy still provides the markup and styling for the deletion of BP
 content, and specifically, activity stream Delete buttons. So I think it's
 still a relevant issue. The question of whether we *want* to change the
 interface is a different one. I really would like to throw this over to
 karmatosed and hnla and the templatepack team for consideration.
