 .unviewed-signups.diff 5374.unviewed-signups.diff] i'm hesitating...

 When sites have a lot of signups, an admin can be "annoyed" to have the
 counting unviewed signups bubble in Users admin menu. Maybe we should add
 a constant or a new setting to allow the admin deactivate the bubble.

 What do you think ?
