 Actually adding a Pending submenu was my first idea, but i thought it
 wasn't a good idea. I may be wrong. I explain why :
 The Pending accounts is simulating a view after the list of roles in
 users.php. I thought why having the submenu in this case as we don't have
 submenus for "All", "Administrator", etc.. That's why i've chosen the
 admin bar.

 What's happening in this part is that i actually create a submenu, i hide
 it in favor of the view in users.php.
