 Here comes another patch!

 5644.activity_table.02.patch is introducing a user-based privacy feature
 and is trying to follow boonebgorges 's personal feeling.

 I guess the UI can be improved. Let's wait for karmatosed expertise about
 it. In the meantime UI is imath's "crippling" style ;)

 Finally i think the favorites privacy setting should "merge" with the
 profile field visibility setting in a "Privacy" subnav of the user's
 setting nav. But for now, i've quickly built a different tab for the
 favorites privacy setting.
