 Hi since r8559 the deprecated autocomplete scripts don't load. As a result
 it's not possible to choose the people we want to send a private message
 to.

 I found it a little weird to use deprecated script in the message
 component, but i guess it will benefit from #3278 improvements.

 So in the meantime, i'm suggesting the attached patch.
