 After signing up multiple members, both on a local and remote install of
 WordPress 3.8 and BuddyPress 1.9.1 these members are not showing in their
 relevant directories. Anything that uses the member loop does not show
 these members, although their profile are visible when you visit.

 Looking at wp_signups the member has been set to active, but i'm guessing
 the routine to shift them from wp_signups to the users table has not taken
 place.

 Both times were on a clean install.
