 @hnla: First up, thanks for stepping up. That's great you have time to get
 back involved. I want to be clear, I was not understating anyones
 contributions - what we have had is amazing. I know previously you said
 you couldn't contribute for a while due to the codex, if this has changed
 that is great.

 I do have one little comment though, I don't think this is about co/dual
 leads or titles - this goes for my own role too. This is about hands on
 deck getting it done at this stage. You have just like me had admin status
 on the repo and always been welcome to commit anything you wanted. I know
 time was a scarce resource for you and am thrilled if this has changed. If
 anything has blocked you contributing please lets resolve that - I am
 always available on irc and Skype.

 I am excited to see how we can work together to increase contributions to
 this.
