Comment (by megainfo):

 the "only me" vibility level is viewable and editable by admins and
 '''loggedin member too'''.

 the new vibility level i suggest is to add a level for admin only (only
 admin can view and edit the field ).

 This is why i suggest to rename the id of "only me" level to "onlyme" and
 add the new vibility level "adminonly".
