 By adding parameters to bp_blog_last_active() and bp_blog_latest_post() it
 is easier for non English installations to hide the 'active' / 'latest
 post' strings.

 Similar to ticket https://buddypress.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/5387 about
 bp-members, last active string.
