 1. I've searched the code base (v 1.9.2) for all instances of
 {{{bp_notifications_add_notification}}} - you've got all
 {{{component_action}}}(s) covered!

 2. Regarding when each of the various notifications should be cleared -
 what you've come up with looks spot on to me.

 As far as I can tell - that is ''everything'' accounted for.
