 I've never been a fan of "Extended Profiles" as a name, so I'm behind
 this. I'm not in love with "Profile Fields" - my intuition is that we want
 something about "customizability" in there, but I'm having a very hard
 time coming up with anything non-terrible. But I do think "Profile Fields"
 is better than what we've got.

 A note that this kind of change will require changes throughout our
 documentation, website, etc.
