 I believe this is part of nacin's efforts to help us out on #5621. As I
 understand, potbot was only previously "disabled" because we had deleted
 the `bp-languages` folder, which broke the script. Once #5621 is done to
 our mutual satisfaction, and potbot has been turned off, we'll just go
 through and delete these files.
