 When the notifications tab is clicked the navigation (Activity, Profile,
 Messages, Notifications, etc...) is either duplicated directly below the
 first instance, breaking the layout, or nothing is displayed at all.  This
 appears to be the only component that produces this result.  Tested in
 many themes with the same result, including Frisco, FirmaSite and IBuddy.
