 Sorry i was testing the capacity 'delete_users' with the setting
 bp_disable_account_deletion()  in multisite (BuddyPress not
 network/network activated) when deleting a real user or a signup being a
 super admin or a regular admin.

 When deleting a signup the _update_blog_date_on_post_delete thing doesn't
 happen.

 You patch (5575.02.patch) is the solution to the problem.
