 When creating a new group, the "Description" value disappears after saving
 Step 2 (Privacy Options).

 I believe it stems from line 112 of bp-groups/bp-groups-actions.php

 The groups_create_group() function is triggered and, since the description
 value isn't passed in, the value gets reset to <empty string>.
