 Just a few thoughts:
 - i think i'd say 'customize their "email" notification settings', as
 screen notifications should always show if the component is active.
 - About site tracking, it can be activated on a non multisite to track
 posts and comments in activity stream, so i think the description order
 may be best is reversed like : "Track posts and comments in the activity
 stream, and allow your users to add their own blogs using WordPress's
 Multisite feature."
