 Completeness, in my opinion; template parts that cover the full spectrum
 of components (without duplicating`bp-legacy`).

 This isn't a failure to launch situation. It's a lack of momentum and code

 Thanks for the reminder. We learned that valuable lesson in the 1.5
 release cycle, when we waited almost 18 months to ship a version.
