 someway related:
 in the "dummy" post the post ID is set to int 0, what about themes that in
 their pages may use functions like get_post_thumbnail_id() that expects a
 "real" ID? On failure, it will return false instead of an empty string
 (see the Codex) and I bet lots of themes are checking this against an
 empty string.
