 Original contextual help in Settings > BuddyPress > Components screen
 "By default, '''all''' BuddyPress components are enabled. ..."
 However, at least as of BP 1.9, there are 4 components which are
 deactivated in default BuddyPress activation.

 Attached patch addresses the update to the contextual help for the
 components screen and enhancements to the contextual help in other
 Settings > BuddyPress screens.
