 Thanks for the report. Can I get a few more details?

 - Was the fatal error in your log only? Ie, I assume you did not notice a
 fatal error on the front end of the site?
 - How exactly did you upgrade? Can you describe the exact process (as much
 as you remember it)? Eg: (1) Downloaded zip; (2) replaced existing
 BuddyPress files via FTP; (3) reloaded the Dashboard
 - Before upgrading, had you been using the Extended Profiles component?
 What about now - is xprofile activated in the BuddyPress settings?
