 mercime - Thanks so much for this patch! Looking really great. I've made a
 few changes:

 - Punched up the language in a few spots to make it a bit friendlier
 - Made the markup more consistent (I like the big pretty `<h2>` elements
 as headers)
 - Reordered a couple things
 - Added a section on improvements in the Activity stream, including the
 "Load Newest" functionality
 - Reworked the Developer section
 - Moved the screenshots to the BP directory

 Could I get another set of eyes on this? Would like to get it finalized
 before doing a string freeze. See 5531.02.patch
