#5164: bbPress forum can't be decoupled from BuddyPress group

Take the following set-up. I've enabled Group Forums in bbPress and I've
set the category "Projects" as the Group Forums parent.

I make a new group, opting to create a forum upon creation:
 http://example.com/groups/mygroup/
 http://example.com/groups/mygroup/forum/

If I go into the WP admin -> bp-groups, I can find /mygroup/ and opt out
of "Yes. I want this group to have a forum." which will effectively remove
 the 'Forum' tab from /mygroup/.

However, it won't revert the forum to its proper URL, which should now be:
 http://example.com/forum/board/projects/mygroup/

From the forum index, it'll keep linking to the Group forum, and you'll
end up with a "Nothing Found" if the forum has been disabled.

Furthermore, if you go back to the bp-groups backend of /mygroup/ and
select a NEW forum for it and then disable it again, the same bug occurs
and you now have two forums pointing to a non-existing group forum.

Not even deleting the group will revert the link. And trying to type it
manually will simply redirect you to the groups link. The only way to make
the link functional again is to disable Group Forums from your bbPress
 settings.
